Shipping/Processing

Orders placed by noon Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be shipped Monday through Friday within 24-48 business hrs from date purchased. 

Orders placed on holidays and weekends may require extra shipping time.  Our goal is always to get your product to you as efficiently and quickly as possible.

Local Pick up will be available the following business day at our 500 Congaree Rd Greenville SC 29607 location during regular business hours only.  Monday-Friday 9-5.  Use Code LOCAL PICKUP at checkout to avoid shipping charges.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and not covered by Southern Lash Supply.  If receiving refund shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.  

When shipping back returned items please consider getting insurance and tracking.  Southern Lash Supply will not process returns or exchanges without receiving product.

Southern Lash Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will do our best to assist in the recovery of your package.  

 

Refunds/Exchanges

Please contact Southern Lash Supply by email or phone within 48 hrs of purchase for refund.  All product that is being returned must be in the original package, unused and in the same condition received.  Some items are exempt from returning. For return of damaged/malfunctioning product please provide a receipt of purchase and reason for return along with pictures of damaged product to info@southernlashsupply.com.  A customer support person from SLS will contact you to help. If a refund is approved we will send out a return label.  

All shipping costs on returns and exchanges will be deducted from refund amount and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.  

All refund credits will automatically go back on the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

  • Educational Materials 
  • Customer Paperwork
  • Sale Items
